The Marlow’s are great to work with! I’ve been using them for 5 years. They care about their customers. No upselling after the quote. Good communication and their front desk folks are always polite and friendly!

I had a great experience at Marlow. They got me in within a day of my call and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the car with having a GM service notice for the issue. They called the local GM dealer and confirmed that my car was included in the service notice and would be repaired for free at an official GM dealership.

These guys are awesome! I took my car here for a list of repairs and I have repair insurance with CarShield. The owner and mechanic were definitely my advocate for pushing for CarShield to cover necessary repairs to optimize how my car runs, my time, effort, and money. I had a strong sense of trust with them from the start. The guys were very good about communicating and finishing all things in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them for my future car repairs and service. My car feels like brand new again!!!

It was my first time at Marlow Automotive and I am honestly impressed with their service. I had driven all the way from Indiana to Plano and my car was due for an oil change. Brandon helped me secure the earliest appointment to bring in my car and get it inspected and have a quick oil change done. This was the first time I found a place where they never pursued me to remove/replace stuff from that really didn't need to be replaced. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get your car serviced in the Plano area.
